My Wazer is cutting fine. The water that is being added is not draining properly causing the cut to stop in the middle. I have followed all the check lists to clear the filters, check the abrasive tanks (for water flow - it’s great), performed the tank cleaning several times. I have also completely emptied and rinsed all the internal parts (twice). After the first full tank cleaning, i put everything back together and tested again. No luck. The tube going to the drain has no water flow. After the second empty and rinse down, I pulled the Wazer away from the wall and disconnected all the quick release hoses to make sure they were not clogged. Since I found nothing wrong, I expect if I filled it up and tested again, there would be no change. So do you have any other recommendations that I should test BEFORE I add the water back in? I can’t really access much in the back when it is full of water due to limit space.
When you say you have tested it, you have gone into maintenance, input output tests, output tests, dump valve, you will need to turn your water on, turn dump valve on, listen for a loud click when solenoid opens and water will flow from your drain hose, if no loud click, I suspect solenoid has an issue. if it does click it may have something jammed in valve, the low water switches will not allow you to turn power on in the machine without water in the tank, BUT lift the 2 lower switches and put some tape or elastic bands around the switches (the floats need to be up) on the RH rear where the filters are.
It could be the 2 low level float switches in RH rear, they gave me issues, and the draining of the tank was painful, the outgoing would outrun the incoming water, it then thinks the filters are blocked, In your case if the switch is faulty it does not know the tank is overfilling.
hope this helps
