This has happened three times today, with two different designs. My last two cut attempts ended this way and now I’m unsure if I should even keep trying to use the WAZER.
Here’s whats happening:
The machine (desktop WAZER, received early 2026) was cutting fine and normal and then I noticed that it sounded different, the nozzle was submerged under water. I looked at the screen and the cut duration timer was stuck, was no longer incrimenting forward every second. And the START/STOP button, which normally blinks orange, was not blinking. And when I pressed it, nothing happened. I opened the lid and the high-pressure pump stopped but otherwise nothing else changed. I closed it and the water level continued to rise until the high-water-level switch engaged and the machine lost all power suddenly.
I then sucked out the excess water and re-started the cut. It was cutting normally until this happened again.
Any one else experience this? Any advice? I’ve already opened a ticket with the support team but I also wanted to ask the forum.
