11hrs on machine, during a cut it shut down, the display turned off, then came back on. This happened after I updated the firmware, but I believe not a firmware issue.
As of now the machine does not boot up, the power light is on the machine controller board, Zero power to display. Both the emergency switch and rocker switch are good. 6amp fuse on the board checks good. Input power good.
This is what I noticed while cutting as the machine stopped, the solenoid for the water pressure control, I think Wazer calls this the dump valve? Its the large control valve in line to the Pressure pump. This valve would operate Audible click at the same time the machine would shut off, Possible short taking out the controller.
I have submitted three service requests on the web site, since Sat. I’m not sure thats even working I have gotten any response.
Any help greatly appreciated, as I have several projects for my business I need to complete.

sounds like you’re water level detection sensor is sticking. I would make sure to clean the float switches and get any abrasive out of it. Also make sure the drain pump line is clear. Sometimes abrasive can plug it up and cause the water level to overfill. This can be more likely to happen after extended periods without use as the water in the line dries out leaving abrasive in any low spots on the way to the drain.
I will check that out thanks.
But I would not think it would kill the controller boot process. I have one green power light and the controller will not go thru a boot process, leaving me with a blank display.

With water level issues my water pump shuts off, the machine stops and the control screen freezes. It also does that audible click on the drain valve solenoid. I have to power cycle the machine to get it to re-adjust the water level but usually its the drain hose plugged causing the issue or its the filter screen being plugged up with plastic from the bed not allowing it to drain.

oh yeah I almost forgot, the control will not boot unless the water level is high enough.
I now have the machine booted, yes the water level has everything to to do with the controller boot process. The center mounted float controls the controller boot process as a Safety measure so high pressure water jet cant be fired into an open tank. Makes sense now.
I am still having issues with the machine shutting down and re booting. Wazer tech did reach out and hopefully will help me resolve the issue.
I will keep everyone posted.
