So after having our wazer for a few days now, I have one REALLY important bit of feedback…
@Alex please please please, make an update which makes the machine “stop” rather than shut down when the water gets too high..
As someone who will be nesting and doing longer runs on the machine, we have had about 2 times now where we have got half way through the nesting and the filters have blocked meaning the water level raises up, and when the water switch is activated the machine automatically turns off rather than stops, meaning we lose our nest and where we are in the program.
Would it be possible to make it so the machine just stops cutting rather than shut down? As this means, I either have to painstakingly nest the entire program again, try get it in the same position but without the parts in which are cut, or just run the program again meaning cutting each hole again which has been cut wasting time and money, or just scrap the sheet and start with a fresh sheet which we would like to not have to do..
I feel this is something which needs to be addressed pretty pronto as im sure other guys have had this same issue. We are clearing out the filters and the back part of the machine each run but it has happened to us a couple of times now and its a pain
I can kind of understand why this may have been put in place (an error meaning the machine is constantly filling up etc which would need to be stopped) but if this is the case I also feel like it should have an additional water sensor higher up, so that there is two E-stops, one which just halts the program, and one which means if its halted and the water is continuing to rise, then the second switch is activated and then it shuts down the entire system. If the above is why its designed the way it is, and there is a possibility of adding an extra stop, then please let me know as I would be happy to modify our machine to suit with an extra switch?
Thanks, Chuck.
