Jog to Home has been lost

My nozzle struck one of the screws that was holding a square of .0316 SS sheet metal after my first couple of cuts of a 1”x1/2” (approx.) display box key. This happened when I selected JOG and now the machine has lost it’s zero. I made this mistake once when my machine was new in 2021. Support walked me through the correction process but now I can’t get an answer and was referred to this platform. I’ve also already ran a limit switch test, along with sending a video of the process to support, and that’s not the issue. Has anyone else run into this problem? It’s always when I NEED to make parts that a computer or CNC machine glitches.

Thanks, Eric

Problem solved. The lid supports stopped working shortly after I started using my WAZER. I already raised the stand 5” for my height so banging my head on the lid was a pain. Instead of replacing the supports, I opened the lid beyond it’s design and unknowingly allowed the shielded wires to go under the seal. When I lowered the lid and ran a program, the gantry pulled the rubber grommet out as it traveled in Y. Support identified this from one of the videos I sent. I followed the steps to replace the motor and found that the left X axis limit switch was unplugged. Now back to cutting parts.
