Unable to register and generate file in Wam

I have registered FIVE emails and tried all of the serial numbers that I can find on the ticket and the machine. Each time I get a message saying it’s not correct. I read the tutorial and it says that if you don’t register your serial number when you register for account, it will prompt you to do so before generating first cut file. It does not do that. I can not even use this brand new machine because I can’t register it on the software. I can not find a phone number to speak to a person.
