How do I get help with WAM if it’s all of a sudden decided not to work? Help, I have a deadline.

Hi. I have a ticket open. This has happened before. For whatever reason I can be going along just fine and then WAM goes flakey. I’ve tried it on both my iPad and Microsoft surface and no dice. My husband uses the same file and everything works normally for him.
WAM won’t let me select, will move my pieces all back to the top, and won’t let me delete. None of this was an issue yesterday.
