New to me Wazer set up

Recent buy of a used wazer seemingly in good condition. I have a couple questions about the attached pic of the media hopper feed tube and device is questionable to me. Should there be a second tube attached to this “T”? (circled in blue)

After making all of the plumbing connections and running through the system checking the functionality of the individual components I ran a cleaning cycle/ When the cycle ended, the “T” connected to the media hopper spat out a few ounces of water (circled in red)

After running the wazer should the pressure be released from the pump/high pressure hose?

From your picture we can see you have the older style Abrasive system installed still, an upgrade was made a few years back to switch over to a much simpler and more reliable version. Check it out below:
