Good morning,
I am writing from Israel and I own the Pro model. When the machine is working, it performs wonderfully — however, it keeps getting stuck.
I believe we may be making mistakes in the way we operate it, and especially in the ongoing maintenance. I would like to request direct support regarding all aspects of maintenance. Instructional videos would be very helpful, as the only videos available online are promotional, which is no longer relevant for us.
