Adjusting design

I have been having an issue with my design being adjusted in WAM.
The component are glass disks, 190mm in dia with a 50mm hole in the center, and 3 jig holes 9mm placed at 120 ,240 and 360deg 65mm from the center.
Sometimes its fine then randomly it will cut one of the 9mm holes 4.5 mm out of position and the the 4 holes slightly off set.

Over the days I have redrawn triple checked, It has to be in WAM.
I have thrown away plenty of glass and garnet trying to figure it out.
I use the same dxf and some are fine and others are not.

some help would be good,
jim

I don’t have any specific advice other than to double-check all your .gcode exports from WAM using NC Viewer. Sometimes WAM does some funky stuff.

Then double-check things look right during a dry run on the Wazer. The Wazer itself can sometimes not like the .gcode and be weird.

From other posts on the forums, sometimes certain shapes, geometries, layouts, etc just don’t play nice. Even a trivial change in the design makes it work perfectly.
