Water is backing up into my abrasive hose. I’ve purged the nozzle each morning and wiped the nozzle inlet dry… What’s wrong? It seems there are some machines that are worse than others. Hose was dry at start of session. Wazer desktop is only one month old .
I’ve had a similar repeated issue. I disconnected 1 of the 2 differential pressure sensors (it will run without it), pushed the nozzle up a bit higher, made sure the hose is completely clear and dry, and then run a nozzle purge. If it happens 1 time, it will tend to happen a few more until it’s completely dry. I find pulling the hose all the way out, blowing it out, then sucking it out with my shop vac for a while helps too.
