Hello @DATpower and welcome to the Forum! It appears that the error message you are receiving is from an older version of the firmware and has been updated.
To resolve this, I recommend updating the firmware on the controller and re-running a test cut. If the error will show up again, it should show up with more information than just “Service Required”.
