My gcode cant be seen on Wazer screen

I am a second owner to a Wazer Desktop. I am very interested in the Wazer Pro and very happy to be able to play with this machine before pulling the trigger on the pro. I have read and read and cant seem to understand why my gcode will not show up on the Wazer screen. When I got the Wazer desk top it had 1.40 firmware on it. I have installed the 2.30. I believe it is working. I can make a dxf drawing, I can open it in WAM and walk through the 6 steps, I can make a gcode, I can put the gcode on my SD card, but when putting the SD card in the Wazer and turning it on, I still do not get a list of any gcodes. Just right now I found the gcode for the bottle opener on the Wazer website. I put the gcode of my SD card and still not getting any files on the Wazer screen. What am I doing wrong? Thank you for the help. Neil

I had something simular, and in my case it didn’t like the sd card I was using.

I believe I fixed my own problem, and wanted to share the fix. I picked up a new micro SD card 32 GB. I made sure the format was FILE SYSTEM: FAT32 & the ALLOCATION UNIT SIZE: 32 kilobytes. This information is on the Website and on page 88 in my manual. You can check yourself and make sure you installed the Frimware correct by watching the control box center lights. Should light up from the bottom towards the top one at a time. If you dont see this something is wrong. I can now see my gcode files on the Wazer screen and the fix for this was a 32GB SD card. I read that Wazer doesnt like anything over 32GB, I was using 128GB. Not sure how true that is or the reason but going to a 32GB SD card worked for me. These 2 SD cards I am using the micro and the normal size SD cards are nothing special. The brand ONN from Walmart. Seem to be working fine. I can now do dry runs. Cant wait and see if I can cut something now. Neil
