High Pressure Gauge going into the Red

As the title says, we have an issue with the pressure on the HP-Gauge going into the red affecting the cut quality. The problem isn’t that there isn’t any water but the stream is too high. We’ve done the basic checks like the orifice quality, clutch condition check, o-rings, leaks from the pump box and nothing has been wrong in these areas. Any help would be greatly helpful.

Yeah, they helped us figure it out. We had installed a wazer desktop orifice instead of a pro.
