Just wanted to say Thank You!

I just wanted to thank the Wazer support team for going above and beyond regular customer support. We purchased a Wazer four years ago and were not able to complete the installation because of service limitations so the unit sat unused for four years. We recently moved the Wazer to our other facility and went to install it only to realize that all of the accessories were missing and nobody could locate them anywhere. We reached out to Wazer to inquire the cost of replacing the missing items only to have them not only replace the missing items but also replaced the two gas shocks that seemed to have discharge while in storage. (seals probably dried out) With all the corporate gouging that takes place in todays world … it’s really nice to be treated a little special by a company.
