I went to the Cutting Calculator and selected material Aluminum thickness is 0.090 cut length 10 inches with 1 pierce. It gave me cut rate of 2.2 ipm pierce time 11 seconds job time of 4m 37s. Is the cut rate for course cut or what. I do a lot of prototyping in my shop.
You got no reply to this, but I wanted to ask if you ever followed up on this. I would recommend using that for the medium setting and set the fine and rough accordingly. Check your cut and see if maybe the fine would yield better results. That’s what I did with my first cut and it worked out well.
