# Cut file not generating to the downloads folder

I have been using the Wazer for almost 4 years. This morning, I went to generate a cut file, and it won’t download. This is not a computer problem because I have tried to generate the file on two computers with no luck. This had been working prior to this morning. What is the fix here?
